Masala Hummus
Posted By Savita
Masala Hummus is my spicy and aromatic twist on classic Hummus recipe. I am sure you had Hummus a number of times but this spicy, creamy and garlicky Hummus will change your perception about it. And In-case you ever find classic hummus bland then this is a must try recipe. I call it Masala Hummus because I jazzed up this hummus with roasted cumin and Cayenne pepper which really complements creamy and nutty - tahini and chickpea paste. Touch of tabasco at the end adds to the flavor and makes it chips licking delicious.

lots of chickpea recipes on your website and I love chickpeas. I never tried this Hummus before but your pictures make me curious, I will try them next time I boil some chickpeas.
