San Diego Mule

Kumquat and Blood orange refresher with hint of spicy ginger

View Recipe

Mule cocktails are my favorite among mixed drinks category. I love the refreshing citrus with strong spicy hint of ginger in ginger beer. Mule cocktails became my favorite when I first had Moscow Mule in a local San Diego pub.

For all mule cocktail fans, I am sharing my version of this ginger-citrus refresher - the San Diego Mule. San Diego Mule has citrus punch from sweet and sour kumquats, bitter-sweet blood oranges and spicy ginger.

Looking forward to watch my hometown San Diego Chargers take on the Cincinnati Bengals tomorrow, and my San Diego Mule will cheer up the supporters.

Cheers!!
