Ready breakfast on busy weekdays!! Who does not love that?
I am fan of ready-to-go or heat-and-eat breakfast options for weekdays. I don't mind putting some hard work into bread making on weekends, like bake or prep-and-freeze some breads for weekdays and then just heat and eat for 5 days!
Sharing with you few of my top favorite, self-sufficient breads/muffins which have always proved great breakfast options.
Zucchini and Spinach Muffins, Chickpea Muffins are not only delicious but are also healthy for ya!
Spiced Chickpea Flat Bread and Black Pepper Spiced Flat Bread are most quick and easy to prep and freeze over weekend and are made with whole wheat flour or chickpea flour. On weekday morning, just sear'em on hot flat skillet, spread some butter and breakfast is served. (NO baking needed!!)
Three Swirls Baked Bread and Nutella Brioche bread, I bake over weekend and often consume fresh for 3 days of week. Also, both freeze beautifully and can be reheated quickly in OTG.
Hazelnut turnovers are my personal favorite! I bake and keep a batch in freezer all the time. Not just breakfast, they are a great tea-time-snack as well!
If you find yourself busy on weekdays like me, I bet you will love doing some work over weekend and make your mornings super easy and delicious!
How about starting this weekend??
