I'm huge fan of homemade salads but I prefer to enjoy salads with clean and flavorful salad dressings. Bottled salad dressing can be convenient but are usually full of salt, sugar, oils or lack the flavor and fresh ingredients. So, for my homemade salads, I always make a fresh dressing using simple and easy-to-find clean ingredients.
The best thing about making salad dressings at home is that these can be made several days ahead and kept in the fridge. Like I make 1 or 2 dressings over the weekend and then we are able to easily enjoy salads for lunch whole week.

A lot of the dressing listed below are vegan with just one simple change of replacing honey with agave syrup. For any dressing calling for creamy, you can use Coconut Cream or Tahini Paste.
