I know! I'm talking about past (2015) after a week into 2016! First, I decided to skip this post... Seriously I did... but when I headed to socialize with my blogger community today.. it felt like I'm the only one who missed summarizing the year 2015. :)
So definitely late but instead of just top 10 or 25.... I have decided to share with you the healthier dinner recipes of last year to help you get fit and put healthy dinner on table this New Year. These are the recipes that everyone loved last year. It also includes few of the recipes which are my personal favorites. I love'em so much that these have become regular in my every week's dinner menu. So I'm cooking them often already!
All of the recipes shared here are gluten free or can be made gluten free with just a simple replacement. Most of my recipes don't use lot of oil and sugar. Also, all vegetarian recipes can be made vegan with simple replacement of yogurt/milk with coconut/almond milk.... Just replace meat/chicken with vegetarian protein of your choice.
