Today, I bring to you, my ultimate 7 day Soup Detox. I wanted to continue with momentum of soups this week so could not wait for Saturday to share this meal plan a.k.a soup collection!
More than a new year's detox soup meal plan... it is a keeper collection of my 7 healthy soup recipes which help me detox, cleanse and get life back on track whenever I want to.
Instead of eating supplements, I believe in a close-to-nature cleanse with healing foods.
Mantra of my cleanse-regime is "eat healthy but not boring". So, all of these soups are clean but also very flavorful. I fill soups with vegetables to make these filling. Also, I spice-up soups with fresh herbs, spices, lots of lemon, turmeric, ginger and garlic. Turmeric, ginger, and garlic are mighty roots which make flavorful base for any soup/stew/curry and also help in natural detoxification, helps heal inflammations, cleanse liver, and strengthen immune system for natural defense.
Whether you are trying to loose some weight, or feel energetic, or simply because it is new year.... include these 7 soups in your diet plan and nourish your body, naturally, everyday.
Most of these detox soups are gluten free, and vegan (or can be made vegan). I like to only use homemade low-sodium stock for most of soup recipes. So, I have added link to my Homemade Vegetable Stock recipe too. (You can make a big batch in Instant Pot in just 20 minutes!)

How many servings of soup do you have each day?Savita
It depends on individual's body need. For me it is 2-3 servings. I like a non-dairy smoothie for breakfast and soup diet for lunch and dinner. If soup is like Cabbage Soup, even 2 serving per meal works. I hope this answers your question.Bob
