This week's menu is to welcome winter and to celebrate Holiday season. I know we are theoretically still in fall but doesn't it feel a lot like winter already?!
This winter menu plan has 12 recipes. I have included some hearty full-meal soups which also freeze well. Plus, some winter-inspired cozy sides, and bread. This collection also has 2 bonus cookie recipes to celebrate holiday season.
I have kept today's menu with lots of meat/chicken recipes. If you are vegetarian. Don't worry, because I have vegetarian menu plan post following soon. Like I always suggest, these recipes can make 4-6 variations of week meal prep. Choose as per your preference.
To use this menu, make stews/soups/sauces ahead. Freeze or refrigerate. Sides can be prepared ahead too. For weekday dinner, just thaw, heat, serve. What else do we need in busy holiday times, right? A little help.
