Berry Chia Pudding
No Cooking Pudding
Posted By Savita
Berry Chia Pudding is quick and healthy dessert. I have used Almond milk instead of reqular dairy and Mango puree as sweetener instead of sugar or sweetened milk. Sweetened milks are very high in fructose contents, so I always recommend my viewers to use Agave syrup or other natural sweeteners like honey/Jaggery. Also, Chia seeds do not require any cooking, just soaking in water will give great texture to pudding. So try this healthy and skinny dessert alternative to heavy ice creams or egg based pudding and live healthy.

Savita's Recipe Notes:
Soak Chia in water and keep handy in refrigerator for 24 hrs, that way you can add Chia to yogurt or shakes and enjoy good health. Add a tablespoon of soaked Chia Seeds in glass of water to keep you hydrated all day.© Chef De Home. Post content including video and photos are copyright protected.
