Skinny Strawberry-Banana Breakfast Smoothie
Breakfast or lunch, Strawberry-Banana smoothie is my favorite when I am not planning to cook much and want to stay on track after a comforting and not-so-low-calorie dinner. This smoothie fills me up yet has no dairy or substantial amount of carbs.
Above all it is vegan, gluten-free, has good dose of berry anti-oxidants and potassium from bananas AND it tastes great!
If you have frozen strawberry and banana in your freezer, you can easily change rest of ingredients to make this smoothie any day you like.
I often call this my Gloomy-Day Smoothie. Whether I am feeling full already due to heavy dinners/weekend brunch or not feeling like to cook/eat, this lite and healthy smoothie just picks my up.
I wonder what will I do if I not had this smoothie!!!
I guess then I will drink lemon-water all-day!
You can tell from this smoothies collection that I looooove smoothies. Try one you like!
