Pound Cake is versatile cake which everyone should keep handy for those last minute desserts. Costco gets wonderful variety of Pound Cakes and we mostly bring home their "Lemon Pound Cake" and then anytime feel like having a dessert, just need fruity liquor and an Ice Cream Scoop. That’s it, dessert is served. I usually call my drunken pound cake – Party Friendly Dessert. You can soak cake in fruity liquor like orange liquor ahead of time and then serve it topped with lite flavor ice cream like Vanilla or Chocolate with some fresh slices of orange or cherries on the side. Enjoy!!!
