Grilled Lamb Burgers are made often in my kitchen on weekends. Two reasons - one because these are so easy to make and other because these are so juicy and meaty. All is magic of Grill Mate Chicken Seasoning and good quality 80-20 ground lamb and thats it. Yes, you heard it right. Just make sure not to over mix lamb meat while mixing with seasonings and never press burgers with spatula once on the grill even if you are so tempted to do so and you will enjoy juice meaty burgers in no time and at home.

Directions
- 1. Lightly mix ground lamb with cilantro, grillmate chicken seasoning, salt and pepper. Make 4 patties of 4 ounce each. Do not pat patties too much, only use gentle pressure of hand or use Burger Press to make burgers. Additional Notes: I have used 80:20 ground lamb i.e. 20% fat and 80% meat.
- 2. Spray oil on a hot grill or heated non-stick pan and grill the lamb burgers for 10 minute each side. Flip and cook the other side for 10 minutes. Or till it is done per your liking. Additional Notes: Please do not press or flip the patties in between, this will loose all juices and burgers will be very dry.
- 3. Once off grill, let the burgers rest for few minutes before serving. Serve with side of grilled seasonal vegetables or fresh spring salad and enjoy.
Savita's Notes:
Why should we use Grill Mate Seasoning? Good Question. Gill Mate seasoning is packed with so many dry herbs, garlic and lemon that enhance the flavor of lamb. This will cut your prep work to almost zero and burgers will be delicious too. Also, this seasoning costs very less and goes excellent on grilled chicken too.© Chef De Home.
