Buckwheat Flat Bread with Mango Raita
A gluten free meal
Buckwheat (Kuttu) Flour is my all-time favorite. I love buckwheat for its amazing texture and also it is famous food in Indian Fasting Season. I often make this flat bread for lunch during fasts for a healthy , yet filling meal. And buckwheat is one amazing gluten free grain that is lite on stomach.
I never knew before I posted Buckwheat Poori Recipe last summer that buckwheat is also liked by people, on gluten free diet, in many parts of the world.
This buckwheat recipe, I have specially made for all readers who liked buckwheat puffs(poori) and demanded a non-fried version.
Well, here you have it!!! Light and tasty buckwheat flat bread that I seared on griddle with almost less than a teaspoon of oil each bread.
Make it this weekend and enjoy with mango raita!
